Six fitness tips for everyone

1. The key to fitness is consistency.

2. Lift weights and ignore cardio. Leave that to the gym bunnies.

3. When you’re in the gym, don’t talk. Just workout hard.

4. Eat proper food not processed food.

5. Get a good nights sleep.

6. Ignore what other people lift in the gym. They lift too much weight with bad form, no wonder they never seem to get anywhere.
